Add or reduce seats
Change the number of seats on a Team plan.
Admin only
A Team plan has a fixed number of seats, one per member. You can see how many you have in two places:
- Settings›Access: how many are in use, for example 13 of 13 seats in use.
- Settings›Billing: the number you pay for, on the Team plan banner.
Change your seat count
Section titled “Change your seat count”Changing seats isn’t self-service yet. Contact support from an Admin account, with the number of seats you want, and we’ll adjust your subscription.
Don’t buy Team again to add seats. That would create a second subscription and bill you twice.
Free up a seat without buying more
Section titled “Free up a seat without buying more”- Remove a member who no longer needs access.
- Remove an Invited address for someone who never signed up.
Either frees the seat straight away for someone else. Removing people doesn’t lower what you pay; for that, contact support.
