Emails you can't turn off
Account, security and billing emails that are always sent.
Most Wikidoc emails can be turned off in Settings›Notifications. These can’t, because they’re about your account’s security or its plan. Missing one could lock you out, or end your plan without warning.
- Welcome email when you sign up
- Password reset and email verification links
- An invitation to join an organization
- Your free trial has started
- Your free trial is ending
- Your plan is ending
- A payment failed, and the reminder before your plan moves to Free
- Your subscription was canceled
They’re only sent when something actually happens to your account. For example, you only get a payment email if you pay for a plan.
