I'm not receiving emails
Check your settings, your spam folder and our sender address.
Work through these in order.
1. Check your settings
Section titled “1. Check your settings”Go to Settings›Notifications and make sure the switch for that kind of email is on. If you clicked Unsubscribe in an email before, that switch is off. See Turn email notifications on or off.
2. Check the email would be sent at all
Section titled “2. Check the email would be sent at all”- You’re never emailed about your own actions. Leaving a comment on your own file sends you nothing.
- Several actions in a few minutes arrive as one email.
- Reminders only go out when something is due. Training reminders, for example, come 5, 3 and 1 days before a due date.
The in-app Activity page shows most things whether or not they’re emailed. If an item is there, the notification worked. See How notifications work.
3. Check spam and filters
Section titled “3. Check spam and filters”- Look in your spam or junk folder, and in any other tabs or folders your email uses, such as Promotions or Updates.
- Wikidoc emails come from noreply@wikidoc.ai, and email verification and password reset links from support@wikidoc.ai. Add both to your contacts or safe senders list.
- Check any rules or filters that move or delete email.
4. Ask your IT team
Section titled “4. Ask your IT team”Company email systems sometimes hold or block automated email. Ask your IT team to allow email from wikidoc.ai.
5. Still missing?
Section titled “5. Still missing?”Contact support. Tell us the email address you use for Wikidoc, which email you expected, and roughly when.
Password reset email not arriving?
Section titled “Password reset email not arriving?”See Reset or change your password. Reset links only go to accounts that sign in with an email address and password. If you sign in with Google, there’s no Wikidoc password to reset.
